welcome friend

Everything you need is right here.

Watch one pose at a time, pause the video, and try it before moving on. The first few photos may feel awkward, and that is completely normal. Keep making tiny adjustments between shots, because the smallest change can create a completely different photo. Take your time, and remember: you do not need to finish everything in one day.

The Only Equipment You Need

You do not need professional photography equipment or an elaborate setup.

I used my iPhone, an inexpensive tripod, and a small Bluetooth shutter remote so I could take every photo privately and completely on my own.

Some links on this page are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. I only share products I personally use or genuinely recommend.

Need Something to Wear?

A bodysuit, robe, oversized button-down, cardigan, sheet, or blanket can photograph beautifully. Choose something that fits comfortably today and allows you to relax instead of constantly pulling or adjusting it.

You do not need a different body. You only need something that helps you feel good in the one you have.

A Little Reminder Before You Start

You do not have to feel completely confident before taking these photos.

Confidence may come after you see what you created.

Delete anything you do not love. Keep anything that makes you feel beautiful. These photos are yours, and no one else ever has to see them unless you choose to share them.

You do not need a different body, more confidence, or anyone else’s permission.

You do not need a different body, more confidence, or anyone else’s permission.

Go take the damn pictures. You deserve to see yourself this way.
